Who we are

At Lighting the Way Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering young girls and women to pursue careers in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics) fields. Unfortunately, girls are often not encouraged to explore these areas, despite their strong aptitude and interest. We believe it is crucial to advocate for and support girls in STEAM, which is why we provide scholarships and mentorship opportunities to help them succeed.
